School Improvement Support

We offer a comprehensive approach to supporting school leaders in their yearly cycle of review and improvement planning. We frame our system around four phases of school improvement: Stabilise, Repair, Improve, and Sustain & Excel. We use this language in all our review activity because it supports every school to take appropriate action, be it an interruption action where stability is required, or innovative action where there is an opportunity to excel in a new way. Our School Improvement Cycle is embedded in the system that supports school leaders, and shapes the focus of Local Governing Committees in their well-planned cycle of work. This system minimises workload for school leaders, and ensures all parts around the school structure are there to support without distraction.
